No, and we plan on keeping it that way! As a student-led brand, we support our student artists, designers, and creatives with every release.

Here's a legal disclaimer: Geistwear is in no way affiliated with the University of Southern California (USC Trojans) or University of Central Florida (UCF Knights) or any of their officially licensed teams or entities. Geistwear creates and maintains all original artwork pulling inspiration from such organizations, but refrains from using any of these organization’s protected property. Not only do we fully support all above mentioned organizations and universities, but we thank them and all the fans for making the collegiate culture and sports what they are.

TL;DR: We take inspiration from current pop culture and organizations without infringing upon their intellectual property.

We are proudly based in the USA where our products are made, fulfilled, and shipped!

Everything is true to its size. Certain products will also have size guides attached to them in the description. If you want an oversized look which is popular with current trends, we suggest getting a size up.

To get the most out of your Geistwear apparel, please consider using a machine wash with cold water. For a machine dryer, please tumble-dry on low.

Orders

We are working with a variety of manufacturers during COVID-19 to ensure the fastest possible fulfillment times for you. Some items from your order may be shipped separately and thus arrive faster than others. Please allow up to 21 business days to receive your order.

If your shipping method includes tracking, you’ll receive a tracking link via email when your order ships out. If you have any questions about your tracking or shipment, please email us at support@geistwear.com.

Unfortunately, orders cannot be cancelled once processed.

Once your order is packaged and a shipping label is printed, you will be sent an email update with the tracking information.

Before getting in touch with us, please help us out by doing the following:

Check your shipping confirmation email for any mistakes in the delivery address.Ask your local post office if they have your package.Stop by your neighbors in case the courier left the package with them.

Pro tip: Package theft is on the rise—if you're expecting a home delivery and you know you won't be home to accept it, use an address where you know you'll be!

If the shipping address was correct, and the package wasn't left at the post office or at your neighbor’s, get in touch with us here with your order number.


If you did find a mistake in your delivery address, we can send you a replacement order, but shipping will be at your own cost.

Pro tip: The zip code is the most important part of the address. Use a simple tool like U​SPS ZIP code lookup​ to make sure you get it right!

Shipping & Returns

Unfortunately, we do not currently ship internationally.

At Geistwear, we stand behind the quality of the products we sell. Therefore, we have a 14-day return policy, which means you can return your items for a refund or exchange within 14 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us at support@geistwear.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

We’re so sorry if the product you ordered arrived damaged. To help us resolve this for you quickly, please email us at support@geistwear.com within a weeks' time with photos of the damaged product, your order number, and any other details you may have about your order. We’ll get back to you with a resolution as soon as possible!

Dependent upon availability, you can exchange the same product for a different size. Please email us at support@geistwear.com with the subject line "Exchange Inquiry" to ensure we can properly assist you.
