Geistwear creates and maintains all original artwork pulling inspiration from such organizations, but refrains from using any of these organization’s protected property. Not only do we fully support all above mentioned organizations and universities, but we thank them and all the fans for making the collegiate culture and sports what they are.

Everything is true to its size (unless otherwise indicated on the product's description). Most products will also have size guides attached to them in the description. If you want an oversized look which is popular with current trends, we suggest getting a size up.
To get the most out of your Geistwear apparel, please consider using a machine wash with cold water. For a machine dryer, please tumble-dry on low.
We are working with a variety of manufacturers during COVID-19 to ensure the fastest possible fulfillment times for you. To get your items to you as quickly as possible, some items from your order may be shipped separately and thus arrive faster than others. Please allow up to 14 business days to receive your order.
Note: Some shipping carriers are experiencing unprecedented circumstances which may cause unusual delays.
Unfortunately, orders cannot be cancelled once processed.
We cannot add a discount code to an order that has already been placed.
Once your order is packaged and a shipping label is printed, you will be sent an email update with the tracking information.
Before getting in touch with us, please help us out by doing the following:
● Check your shipping confirmation email for any mistakes in the delivery address
● Ask your local post office if they have your package
● Stop by your neighbors in case the courier left the package with them
Pro tip: Package theft is on the rise—if you're expecting a home delivery and you know you won't be home to accept it, use an address where you know you'll be!
If the shipping address was correct, and the package wasn't left at the post office or at your neighbor’s, get in touch with us here with your order number.
If you did find a mistake in your delivery address, we can send you a replacement order, but shipping will be at your own cost.
Pro tip: The zip code is the most important part of the address. Use a simple tool like USPS ZIP code lookup to make sure you get it right!

Returns & Exchanges
At Geistwear, we stand behind the quality of the products we sell. Therefore, we have a 14-day return policy, which means you can return your items for a refund, store credit, or exchange within 14 days of receiving your order.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with any applicable tags. Neither the original shipping cost nor the return shipping cost and taxes will be repaid.

To help us resolve this for you quickly, please email us at email@example.com within a weeks' time with photos of the damaged product, your order number, and any other details you may have about your order. We’ll get back to you with a resolution as soon as possible!
SUSTAINABILITY & RESPONSIBILITY
Our clothing is printed with the direct-to-garment (DTG) printing method. The printing tech we use is made with sustainability in mind, and our DTG printers use almost zero wastewater and less energy, lowering our carbon footprint.
The inks we use for printing are water-based and free of harmful chemicals. We take care to dispose of any left-over ink according to the ink supplier guidelines, so we’re not harming the environment.
We source products and fabrics from ethical brands and suppliers that comply to labor, environmental, and safety standards. We trust our suppliers to deliver high-quality products that'll last many washes, keeping the colors vibrant and elasticity great. On top of that, we conduct our own quality checks when launching every new product to ensure print quality and material durability.
