We want you to love your Geistwear purchase. If you're not completely satisfied, we accept returns within 30 days of delivery.

To start a return, please contact us at info@geistwear.com with your order number and the reason for the return. We will provide you with return instructions and a return shipping address.
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will process your refund within 5-7 business days. Refunds are issued to the original payment method. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
If you need a different size or color, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order for the desired item. This ensures the fastest processing.
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the damage. We will arrange a free replacement or full refund.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (wrong item sent, damaged product, or defective product).
