This Shipping Policy explains how Geistwear processes and ships orders within the United States.
We offer free shipping on all orders within the United States. There is no minimum purchase required. The price you see at checkout is the price you pay — no hidden shipping fees.
Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days after payment confirmation. Processing time does not include weekends or holidays.
Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. You can use this to monitor your delivery status.
We currently ship to all 50 United States, including APO/FPO addresses. We do not ship internationally at this time.
Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. Geistwear is not responsible for packages delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If you need to update your address, contact us immediately at info@geistwear.com.
If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue and arrange a replacement or refund.
